On my way to Stephen Johnson’s Printing Photographic Beauty at Maine Media Workshops, I stopped to visit Michael Blanchette. A landscape photographer of note from New Hampshire, Michael and I met in Iceland and visited there twice in the past year. We spent a few days in Bar Harbor, Maine, getting up early for sunrise and staying out late for star images.
